Sketch-faced Shaha Mishaal Adham has been released from jail after evidence sufficiently proved that the gunshot that killed actor Mark Ruffalo‘s younger brother, hairstylist Scott, was indeed self-inflicted.
During a 5 hour meeting last night, attorney Ronald Richards presented enough evidence to detectives to clear his client. He said, “This was an accidental shooting by someone that plays with guns” adding that Adham was essentially a witness to a a game of Russian Roulette finally gone wrong.
Apparently, Scott Ruffalo would gamble with his life by taking drugs and then up the stakes with dangerous games of chance with firearms.
Adham was at the scene when Ruffalo shot himself because she was retrieving her car keys. After the accident she fled the scene, a stupid move her lawyer admits.
She will not be charged at all in the incident.
The other “person of interest” – Brian B. Scofield – was released on Tuesday.
The Ruffalo family has started a fund in Scott’s honor, and released a statement thanking people for their support, adding, “Mark Ruffalo and his family deeply appreciate the outpouring of prayers and support during this most difficult time of the passing of Scott Ruffalo, beloved son, brother and husband.”
This is all so stupid and tragic at the same time!
