The Decision's In: Judge Tells Britney She's Unfitney To Parent!!!

Britney Spears is not responsible enough to be a loving mother to her two children, a Los Angeles judge thinks.

On Tuesday, Commissioner Scott Gordon announced his ruling in the bitter baby battle between the frequent and habitual drug user and Kevin Federline.

Brit Brit will get two visits per week with Tater Tot and Small Fry. They will be from 12 noon to 7 PM and they must be monitored by a court-appointed supervisor.

Additionally, she will only get one overnight visit a week with her kids. Again monitored.

Thankfully the Commish made the right decision!

    I am surprised she is getting any visitation at all. At least they are monitored visits. When is someone going to step in and help this girl? Her family and friends need to step in and do an intervention. I will be surprised if she tries to make any changes to get her kids back, she had a chance and it obviously wasn't important enough for her.
