The trashy stripper that leaked pictures of Oscar De La Hoya dressed like a tranny filed a lawsuit against him on Thursday.

She’s claiming fraud, defamation and infliction of emotional distress.

The ho wants $100 million!

The woman also claims she was De La Hoya’s mistress for a year and a half.

The lawsuit said the woman – a “model” – has “suffered from increased, severe levels of stress, anxiety and depression” and “has been unable to work since the incident.”

De La Hoya’s reps had no comment on the lawsuit.
