Britney Spears is hiring a private investigator to dig up some dirt on Kevin Federline, but K-Fed's attorney is not concerned.
"I think that if that is what they need to do, or have to do, to have at it," Mark Vincent Kaplan says. "I don’t think it will, in anyway, be a good expenditure of funds. But I can’t stop that from happening."
He added that it would be a waste of time for them to follow Federline around, saying, "I don’t think he would be concerned about it, and I don’t think he has to change anything he is doing in order to address that.
Unlike Unfitney, Kaplan said his client tries his best not to take his kids out in front of the paparazzi. "He’s pretty good about keeping the kids at home with him unless there is really a compelling reason why they need to be going somewhere,"
Federline and his camp are very concerned about Spears driving with the cads in her car. Kaplan says that Britney has allegedly agreed to hire a driver, though he or she has yet to materialize.
"Anything that puts the children in a car that reduces the risk … I am all for that," he says. "We are only concerned when she is driving the kids."
When will Mr. Driver show up????

the only problem i have with what mr. kaplan said is that he states kevin keeps his kids in the house as much as possible. Now honestly what kind of life is that for those boys, kids need socialization, while not to the extent that britney went to, those boys still need to learn how to play with other children. and be show what the world really looks like not the inside of a house 24 7 and i never see pics of his other kids over there so whats up with that.
