She-Pratt is the biggest loser out there. Dare I say more than her brother. Talk about dying to be famous! I was in Paris, France over Thanksgiving weekend and saw LC and Brody Jenner in the ritziest part of town. LC was walking with a boy I've never seen, but I stopped her and said HI!
