Who else to give an opinion about the recent scandal surrounding Miley Cyrus' Vanity Fair photo shoot than a former Disney star?

Hillary Duff is putting in her two cents.

"Everyone goes through things and takes their own path," says The Duffster. "Who am I to judge decisions that she made?"

Very politically correct.

She adds, "People are pushing you to do something, and if you want to do it, that's your choice, you know? It's not what I would choose to do, but if she did then that's fine. That's her choice."

Oh, that was sly! But the dig didn't go above our big fat head!

We hear ya, Hil.

And how has Ms. Duff avoided the same pitfalls? She says, "I've had a lot of help from people. It's a joint effort with my family and everyone helping me balance my life."

The Duffster is just better than Slutty Cyrus.

Even when Hilary posed for Maxim, she kept it clean!

How does Hillary Duff handle conflict????

The pop star/actress/business entrepreneur speaks to Allure, on Avril Lavigne calling her a “Mommy’s Girl.”

Says the Duffster: “I said something about about how she didn’t like her fans dressing like her, and how she should appreciate that because it’s a compliment. She called me a goody-goody."

What she meant to say was: "Avril Lavigne wishes she had the success I've had and the kind of love and support from my fans that I get. Too bad she's busy playing to empty arenas. I feel sorry Avril and her lack of talent. There are many douches in Hollywood, but she's one of the biggest!"

She's back!

Hilary Duff has returned from her international tour and reunited with her main man.

The pop star and the hockey player are still together and went out on a little date in NYC on Monday night. Duff and Canadian boy toy Mike Comrie had a romantical meal at the Waverly Inn.

Despite the time apart and the distances between them, they're making it work!
