We’re always dying for a NeNe and Kim to get back to the good ol’ days, but you never know with these loose cannons!

Kim Zolciak attended the 2013 Upfronts event in New York City last week, and while she appeared to-die-for, there's a reason why her look was oh-so-fresh.

According to Dr. Raffi Hovsepian of RHMD Plastic Surgery in Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has had some WERK done, he said:

We bet Kim Zolciak-Biermann sure is wishing she left out all the below-the-belt digs in her response to Kandi Burruss' lawsuit over Tardy for the Party!

She claims Kim never compensated her for the work, while Kim wrote a nasty response calling her a has-been trying to secure 15 minutes of fame.

'Lo and behold, an unfiltered, untouched track of Kim's vocal stlyingz has leaked on to the internet for the pair's SECOND, ultimately unreleased collaboration together, which folks who watch Atlanta will instantly recognize, called The Ring Didn't Mean A Thing!
