Another day, another lawsuit for the Kardashians.
According to the famous family's legal docs, they're suing a company called Haven Beauty for unjustly using their name to promote and sell cosmetics. The controversy isn't the first time the fam had to deal with a company stealing their moniker for cold hard KASH!

Per the lawyer's account, the family teamed up with Boldface in 2012 to sell makeup, a partnership that quickly fell apart due to mismanagement.
Two years later, Haven Beauty repaired the merger and got the girls back on board. Unfortunately, that partnership also dissolved due to disagreements between owners.
Despite the Kardashians backing away from the project all together, this past weekend Haven Beauty debuted a line of new cosmetics called "Kardashian Beauty". The social media posts marketing the products were also attached to statements from Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe Kardashian.
Now the ladies' lawyer is PISSED OFF since there's no deal between the parties.
In a statement to TMZ, the rep complained:
"Over the weekend, new cosmetic products were announced on the Kardashian Beauty cosmetic social media pages with pictures and statements from Kourtney, Kim and Khloe. The three Kardashian sisters are not in business with this cosmetic company. The people selling the Kardashian Beauty brand and their predatory owners knew this and are attempting to mislead the Kardashians' fans by stating that the Kardashians are still involved. This outrageous conduct is a legal matter and will be dealt with accordingly."
Wow — it's clear the Kardashians' team is NOT having this!
