What a man!

A judge recently ordered Levi Johnston to pay $3,500 in back child support to the mother of his child, Briston Palin. And as you could imagine, Levi is PISSED!

His child support has already been raised from paying $18,000 to $21,561.12, but Johnston is looking to fight the ruling.

His lawyer, Rex Bulter, who declare himself "Team Levi," states:

“Levi promptly paid what the court ordered…he does not agree with the amount and will seek reconsideration of the court’s order. If he prevails, he will receive a credit…he will obviously have to work hard to generate the income necessary to support the court’s order, but he’d rather pay and fight than be in contempt of the court’s order.”

And he's been working hard for his $$$$$! A Playgirl rep stated that the two recently filmed an episode of My Life On The D List in Alaska.

Can't wait to see that episode! Yikes!

Yeah RIGHT.

Apparently Levi Johnston is super serious about getting his acting career off the ground, and according to an insider, really working on "taking acting classes and honing his craft."

HA HA.

That same insider is even claiming he's turned down roles on shows like Desperate Housewives and True Blood!!

Yeah, we'd love to know who this mysterious 'insider' is!! Sounds like the Alaskan douchebag is trying to generate some buzz for himself, if you ask us!!

Luckily for the sanity of the world, a rep from ABC immediately denied they ever made Levi an offer, and the creator of True Blood, Alan Ball, had some pretty harsh words, as well:

"He was never offered a chance to be on the show, and he never will. We only hire actors."

Ouch!

We guess it's time he got that peen ready for Playgirl!! Nobody else is going to be cutting him a paycheck!!

And she is going to have her lawyers prove it!

Bristol Palin thinks that her dufus baby daddy, Levi Johnston, is full of shiz and she is calling him out on it. More accurately, she is having her lawyers subpoena CNN, Playgirl, and others who have worked with Levi over the past year to PROVE it!

Levi has yet to cough up the $1,688.42 a month in child support he is suppose to be paying, claiming that he makes a "pittance" from his media ventures and cannot afford it. His definition of a pittance: $101,000.

Boo-hoo rich boy

Regardless, Sarah Palin's offspring got some brains from somewhere because she isn't buying it, so her lawyers sent out subpoenas today to CNN, Playgirl, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Star Magazine, and National Enquirer, requesting figures on how much they each paid Levi.

Uh-oh! That sounds like it could be trouble for ya, Levi! We'd reach into the piggy bank and start paying child support before you are made a fool of.

Or, you know, more of a fool.

It's getting ugly!

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston's child support battle is getting more and more heated!

Levi is saying that it's impossible for him to pay $1750 a month to support their son Tripp because of his "erratic" income. Team Bristol's response:

"Bristol is hopeful that Levi will obtain work in 2010. She is encouraged that he acknowledged in court his obligation to pay child support and that he acknowledged paying $4,400 in the last 14 months.

"Bristol expects to mediate a child visitation schedule with Levi that balances Tripp's need to be with his father with Levi's need to travel and seek work."

Sounds like legalese for "get your shiz together, Levi!" Make sure you send over some of your Playgirl money!

While Bristol Palin is busy trying to convince the world that she's a virgin and not a teen mom, her baby daddy and Alaskan douchebag Levi Johnston realized he was out of the spotlight and is attempting to claw his way back in by telling anyone who will listen about what a great dad he is!

Levi talked about the two whole days he's permitted to see his son, Tripp, and how Bristol Palin can barely stand to be around him.

"Saturday is usually the best day of the week for me. It's the day I get to see my son. I'm pumped that I get to see him twice a week. It feels pretty good. You can't dwell on what happened."

"She tells me if something's new but you know it is as far as we get. She called and told me he said 'Dad.' [We] actually got together and went into Anchorage and ate dinner, just the 3 of us and got him some ice cream. It was pretty fun. We just got to be good parents and work with each other. We doubt it's because you're feuding, Levi - you probably have nothing to say to each other because you two are too effing stupid to string sentences together for any consistent period of time.

And because even when he's talking about his child he has to bring the attention back to himself,

"I think he looks more like me. Everyone I've talked to says he looks more like me. I am trying to get him to play hockey. He's really getting close with trying to grab the stick."

That poor child doesn't have a shot in hell!

Ugh. We like him better when his mouth is closed and his clothes are off. Not that he even looks that great naked. Still and improvement, though.

We'd rather just see Bristol, him and Grandma eaten by polar bears.

But she wouldn't take it!

Twist!

This morning, news broke that Bristol Palin is after child support from her babydaddy Levi Johnston. Never one to miss an opportunity to be in the press, Levi had his lawyer quickly tell the press that he in fact offered Bristol money at one time, but she wouldn't take.

The story goes that Levi had the money readily available for Bristol to have, and suggested that she come to his place to pick them up. What he actually wanted was for her to bring their son, Tripp, so the three of them could spend some time together. Every time he invited her over, she never showed up.

When pressed for why he didn't simply mail the check to Bristol, Levi's attorney said, "Why should he have to do that. He's not dangerous to her."

True, plus he gets more press this way!

Or so says his baby's momma Bristol Palin.

According to Sexy Sarah's daughter, she's asking Levi Johnson to fork over $1,750 in child support, going all the way back to their son Tripp's birth on December 27, 2008.

Bristol claims the deadbeat dad has made "in excess of $105,000 in 2009 through various media interviews and modeling related activities."

We're guessing "modeling related activities" is a nice way of saying posing for Playgirl.

The teenage mom also says "I have received limited and sporadic financial assistance from Levi" totaling $4,400 over the 13 months that Tripp has been around.

Bristol's request for the moment is temporary support, pending a permanent child support order.

Bottom line: pay up douche!

A teeny tiny victory for Levi Johnston and the ongoing custody battle over his and Bristol Palin's son Tripp.

A judge has granted Levi's request to make the court proceedings open to the public.

Of course Levi would ask to make his private matters open for all to see!

Bristol requested to keep the case out of the public eye, arguing that privacy would be best for their son, Tripp. She also asked for a gag order so no one involved in the proceedings could talk about the case and all files would be under anonymity.

Levi fought back saying:

"I know that public scrutiny will simplify this matter and act as a check against anyone's need to be overly vindictive, aggressive or malicious, not that Bristol would ever be that way, nor that I would. But her mother is powerful, politically ambitious and has a reputation for being extremely vindictive . . . So, I think a public case might go a long way in reducing Sarah Palin's instinct to attack."

Sexy Sarah's daughter is quick to deny his claims saying her "mother is not involved in the case" and believes Levi is only wanting to make the proceedings public "for his own self-promotion".

We couldn't agree more!

Let's hope for a quick custody battle so we don't have to listen to either side more than we already have!
