By now, it seems everyone's seen Miley Cyrus' ad campaign for MAC's Viva Glam lipsticks.
With her suggestive pose, the songstress had everyone talking!
Was it provocative? Sure. But how about offensive?

Well, that was the question that was brought to the UK's Advertising Standards Authority after several people complained the ads were "overtly sexual."
The result of the ruling came on Wednesday, with the authority stating that the photos didn't break any rules! They divulged:
"They were not overtly sexual and unlikely to cause serious or widespread offense [sp]."
Additionally, the ASA shared:
"Because the posters were sexually suggestive they were, therefore, inappropriate for general outdoor display and warranted a placement restriction of not appearing within 100 metres of schools."
MAC also did follow the placement restrictions.
So, there you have it, people! Miley's got the A-Okay!
What are UR thoughts???
