With her suggestive pose, the songstress had everyone talking!
Was it provocative? Sure. But how about offensive?
Well, that was the question that was brought to the UK's Advertising Standards Authority after several people complained the ads were "overtly sexual."
The result of the ruling came on Wednesday, with the authority stating that the photos didn't break any rules! They divulged:
"They were not overtly sexual and unlikely to cause serious or widespread offense [sp]."
Additionally, the ASA shared:
"Because the posters were sexually suggestive they were, therefore, inappropriate for general outdoor display and warranted a placement restriction of not appearing within 100 metres of schools."
MAC also did follow the placement restrictions.
So, there you have it, people! Miley's got the A-Okay!
What are UR thoughts???

Caitlyn Jenner is sharing skin secrets!
The brunette beauty took to Twitter Thursday to give curious followers some insight into her beauty regimen! The 65-year-old uploaded a video where she explains her preferred products are from M.A.C. Cosmetics!
She explained that while transitioning, she struggled with her skin, saying:
"I had, back in the '80s, my beard removed, which actually took a lot of volume out of this area, so its kinda been a little bit of pot holey. That has gotten better throughout the years which is a good thing."
She says M.A.C. does a good job at making her face look flawless:
The singer posted a photo of the ad as well as of the lipstick and lip glass on her Instagram, and wrote:
Doesn't she look so hot with that blonde wig and those baby bangs?
MAC Cosmetics also gave a description of the shades:
"@mileycyrus is BACK with a BAM! Our iconic #VIVAGLAM spokesperson has two new surefire hits: a super-sexy bright orange Lipstick and coordinating Lipglass with sparkling pearl shimmer. Get the GLAM online and in stores starting in September 2015."
If you're familiar with the Viva Glam products, then you know that 100% of the proceeds go to the MAC Aids Fund to help men, women, and children living with HIV and AIDS.
It's for an awesome cause AND it's awesome lipstick.
