So, who will the legendary actress be playing on the HBO show already led by some of the fiercest females in the game?

Introducing Mary Louise Wright, the mother of Perry Wright (played by Alexander Skarsgård). Streep's character will enter the Monterey scene concerned for the well-being of her grandchildren following her son Perry's death. So this means a lot of scenes between The Post star and Nicole Kidman!!! We could cry.

We're hearing Streep will get upwards of $800,000 per episode.

Big Little Lies Wins Best TV Movie Or Limited Series At The 2018 Golden Globes!

Big little sweep!

It's been one helluva night for Big Little Lies at the Golden Globes – the HBO drama just won Best TV Movie or Limited Series!

This is the FOURTH trophy the series took home tonight, following wins from Nicole Kidman (Best Actress), Alexander Skarsgård (Best Supporting Actor), and Laura Dern (Best Supporting Actress). Wine on a glamorous waterfront deck for everyone!

Producer David E. Kelly thanked the entire cast before handing off the microphone to producer and star Reese Witherspoon, who dedicated the win to all of the women who have been coming forward to share their sexual harassment stories.

The freshman series beat out Feud: Bette and Joan, Top of the Lake: China Girl, Fargo, and The Sinner. Congrats, y'all — now get to work on Season 2!!!!

Nicole Kidman Gives Keith Urban A BIG Smooch After Winning Best Actress In A Limited Series At The 2018 Golden Globes!

Nicole Kidman just won a Golden Globes for Best Actress In A Limited Series Or TV Movie — and she made sure to let everyone in the room know just how much she loved them!

Particularly Keith Urban, who got a big smooch from his wife before she made her way up to the stage. (Sry, Alexander Skarsgård!)

In her speech, the Big Little Lies actress made sure to thank her big little producing partner Reese Witherspoon and dedicated the trophy to all of her female castmates on the HBO miniseries. (Sry again, Skarsgård!)

Nicole beat out some tough competition, as the category for Best Actress In A Limited Series Or TV Movie was STACKED this year. The other nominees were: Jessica Lange, Feud: Bette and Joan, Reese Witherspoon, Big Little Lies, Susan Sarandon, Feud: Bette and Joan, and Jessica Biel, The Sinner.

Each of these powerful actresses have led the movement in Hollywood for women to feel heard and empowered — and they continue to inspire us daily!

As you see (above), Nicole, Reese, and Shailene all had their spin on the all-black theme of the night. Reese's Zac Posen one-shoulder gown is classic! And we're loving the details of Nicole and Shaliene's tops. Beauts!
