The It's All Good cookbook author attended the opening of the celebrity trainer's Brentwood workout studio, and while she was there, she dished health and fitness tips that she received from Miz Anderson.
"The best thing [Tracy] has ever taught me is that there are no shortcuts, which sucks. I used to think, ‘Oh, you know, I'll just like diet or do a juice fast or I'll skip and go for a run,' and no, it's consistency and discipline and she embodies that."
And on top of that, Gwyneth shared that Tracy's method is "genius," and she's able to "give people the body that they want," which is just not a fad, but the REAL DEAL.
By just looking at The Avengers actress' bod, we can tell that the trainer doesn't play, because if she did, then Gwyneth would not look as good as she does!!

Jonah Hill isn't the skinniest person out there, but since he's been on the chubbier side lately, he's been working his hardest to trim his bod!
On Saturday, the This Is The End actor hit up a Tibeca gym to work out with his personal trainer, and once he went outside to saunter the New York City streets, we could see that he was exhausted.
Hill appeared as if he could barely walk in his fancy lime green shoes, which is wonderful because that just means he got a hard workout.
