Oh no! That's just terrible!

Kelly Osbourne got some awful news just the other day…

Her family dog Maggie had died!

Kelly tweeted the following about this very sad news:

We didn't see her new puppy, but Kelly Osbourne was definitely hanging out with one dog!

And that dog belonged to mama Sharon Osbourne!

The three met for lunch at The Ivy, and the puppy looked like it was having the most fun out of all of them!

Maybe it's just Sharon going for the walk!

The Osbourne matriarch was spotted in WeHo outside the Maxfield store with her little cutie in tow.

Talk about flipping a 180!

Sharon Osbourne has announced that the Atkins diet has been her newest inspiration on weight loss and she even became their spokeswoman!

And it seems like Ozzy has jumped on board too…

We're glad to see Jack Osbourne still enjoying the simpler things in life!

The son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, Jack was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, just weeks after welcoming his baby girl into the world with fiancée Lisa Stelly.

The couple took some time out to enjoy a day out with their pooches.

This family looks absolutely, postively aDORable!!!!!!!

We can't imagine how long that's going to ruin Christmas for.

The Osbourne family lost their beloved dog, Martin, the chihuahua.

Kelly Osbourne tweeted:

"Today is a sad day in the Osbourne family house hold we lost R dog martin of 14 years. Devastated does not quite sum it up! #NotSoMerryXmas"

On her website, Sharon Osbourne called Martin a "sophisticated little creature" and wrote:

"Shunning the affection of women, Martin prefers the love of a good man."

Although we're sure the family was still so hurt from the loss, they were able to at least celebrate Christmas and the memory of Martin.

Sharon tweeted:

"Every Christmas Eve the Osbournes have Christmas dinner and then exchange gifts. It’s our holiday ritual."

Our thoughts go out to the Osbourne family.

There's more to tell about Sharon Osbourne's adorable Yorkie puppy!

Even though we were were all happy to hear about Ozzy Osbourne donating a whopping $10,000 to Autism for the pup, and even though we were even more elated when we watched Holly Robinson-Peete surprise Sharon with the baby on The Talk, PETA was not.

Shortly after the story broke, PETA took to their twitter with disdain for selling animals in auctions:

Whenever we see celebs w/ purebred pups, we write 2 make sure they r aware of homeless animal crisis. Adoption is always the way to go!

But, of course, Mrs. Osbourne isn't one to sit back and take things silently.

Instead, she rebutted with her own tweets:

I don’t agree with PETA’s criticism of @Hollyrpeete for auctioning a rescue dog at her HollyRod charity event. Not only did @Hollyrpeete help place a rescue dog, she also raised money for Autism which is doubly-good.

While we totally agree on always considering adoption first, this is a special example.

Sharon wasn't looking for a dog. She just happened to think this one was precious, so her loving husband bought it for her on a 10K whim — one that benefits another very important cause.
