Umm, this is NOT what we were expecting from TLC.
Check out the official statement (below)!

The two were there to introduce Kanye West's performance, but that didn't go over so well.
While up on stage, they got seriously booed by the audience.
It was definitely not a warm welcome for these two.
Watch the totally awkward moment (above)!!
John Legend introduced them, explaining how hundreds of artists have covered this song over the years, but this has to go down as one of the best renditions.
The group didn't try to 'make it their own,' they just played the tune the way we all know it, allowing the crowd to join in and sing along during the tribute.
And letting people say goodbye while honoring the musician is what tributes are all about, aren't they?
Ch-ch-check it out (above)!
She performed Invincible at the show tonight, and we loved it!
There's no denying that she's quite the musical talent, and if needed, she proved it tonight.
We hope she continues to wow like she did in this performance!
Watch her own the stage like the former American Idol winner she is (above)!
And now, the portion of the show for the Over 30 crowd! Ha!
Why were they there, you ask?
Because it's the 30th anniversary of cult classic The Breakfast Club! Can you even believe it's been that long?! We can't!
Ch-ch-check out the video (above) to be transported back to the '80s… and to see Molly hang out with Taylor Swift.
Way to slay at the Billboard Music Awards!
Tori Kelly made a big impression at the show tonight with her performance of Nobody Love.
Just Tori and her guitar on stage was enough to get us up dancing and singing right along with her!
We've been big fans of Tori for YEARS now, so we're so delighted she's making waves in the industry.
Watch the amazingness (above)!!
Hawt like fiyah!
We don't even care that Barbie was lip synching to The Night Is Still Young, because her showmanship was on point! Then, Nicki teamed up with David Guetta for Hey Mama.
Anytime Miz Minaj takes the stage, we're happy campers, but we have to admit that ginormous engagement ring was definitely a distraction!
Diamonds really are a girl's best friend!
Ch-ch-check out the performance (above) and send us your version of Nicki's new dance just for funsies!
His voice just makes us melt!
The soulful singer brought us on a complete roller coaster ride with his song, Bloodstream.
He started off soft, flaunting his falsetto, but by the end he was letting loose and belting his heart out.
The English songwriter really rocked it out, using his guitar as a drum at times while he sang about what sounds like a drug trip.
We feel like we can relate after watching Ed's psychedelic silhouette lighting up the whole stage.
