Well haaaaaay girl!

It's no secret that Tara Reid likes her substances — she apparently used to indulge with Lindsay Lohan — so color us very UNsurprised that she was spotted Tuesday night BARELY functioning while leaving a private party after hitting up numerous clubs (above)!

In fact, a video taken at the scene depicts Tara relying on her female friend to help walk her to her vehicle. Tara simply stumbles and smiles like a little girl, all while trying to "negotiate" with the papz to let her by.

But hey, at least the actress took some time out of her alcohol soaked night to sign autographs!

Yup, even though she was seemingly wasted, Tara signed stuff for fans at one point during the evening.

Also — LOVING that shirt! Yeah! F*ck what people think, cause it's obvious that Tara doesn't give a f*ck what others think of her or her boozy behavior.

Ready for yet another round of Lindsay Lohan drama? It’s actually not so bad this time!

Tara Reid has apologized to the troubled actress today after calling her a “mean” drunk and saying other hurtful things earlier this week. She tweeted:

You'd think they'd love to throw back those shots together, but Tara Reid and Lindsay Lohan are not friends.

In fact, LiLo and Tara HATE EACH OTHER.

The American Pie star revealed that she and Linds have PLENTY of problems, even if they happen to have lots of friends in common.

So why aren't two of our fave party poppin' staples bestiez for life?!!!

Tara dished:

Um, guess not??

Tara Reid, yes Tara Reid from 1999's American Pie, totally tried to pull a Reese Witherspoon over the weekend when she was seen pulling the "fame" card at the All Saints store in El Lay.

She was apparently trying to buy an outfit for Coachella, but as soon as the store refused to give her a discount because of her celebrity status, she immediately began berating the employees, and was eventually booted out of the store.

An eyewitness saw the whole thing go down, saying:

"She was screaming. She had to be escorted out by security. She seemed drunk."

According to Tara's rep, the discount was expected though, explaining:

Another week, another group of music lovers to descend up Indio, California, for the second week of festivities at the 2013 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival!

And sadly, it seems that there aren't nearly many celebrities peppered throughout as there during the first round of fun!

But don't worry! That doesn't mean NO famous faces came out to play!

In fact, ch-ch-check out the still-hard-pAArtying Tara Reid, who was spotted dancing her way through the VIP section of the Infected Mushroom's DJ set last night (above)!

Glad to see some things never change! LOLz!

Nothing says keeping it classy like holding onto a doorman for dear life!

Notorious party animal Tara Reid dined and presumably drank at Annabel's, an exclusive nightclub and restaurant in London, last night.

Apparently she needed help leaving the hotspot, too!

We aren't sure whether she drank too much booze or merely had difficulty walking in her pumps, but we're glad she didn't tumble over!

If she would've wiped out in that short neon dress, the whole of England would've been treated to a closeup look at her, ahem, american pie!

We're just happy The Big Lebowski star wasn't barefoot this time!

If you've always wondered why they cast Elizabeth Banks instead of Tara Reid as Effie Trinket in the Hunger Games… well, we don't have an answer for you. Sorry!
