We heart his insight!
Kayne West took to his blog to address being rumors that he appointed himself the new King of Pop and the ramifications of such a title.
He says:
I WAS JUST LISTENING TO WENDY WILLIAMS AND HEARD SOME QUOTE ABOUT ME SAYING I'M THE NEW KING OF POP. NOT ONLY DID I NOT SAY THAT, I HAVEN'T SAID ANYTHING. IT MAKES ME FEEL BAD THAT OBVIOUSLY I MADE PEOPLE FEEL THAT I WOULD BE CORNY ENOUGH TO SAY SOMETHING SO WHACK AFTER THE PASSING OF AN IDOL, A LEGEND AND MORE THAN THAT A HUMAN BEING WITH FEELINGS AND FAMILY. IT SCARES ME TO THINK WHAT PEOPLE WILL BELIEVE, WITHOUT EVEN A SOURCE. ANY RANDOM PERSON CAN TYPE SOMETHING ON THE INTERNET AND THEN THE WORLD BELIEVES IT. I DON'T TALK TO PRESS OR DO TV OR DO PROMOTIONS OF ANY SORT. I'VE STOPPED CHASING AND BUYING INTO FAME. FAME IS LIKE CIGARETTES WITH NO SURGEON GENERAL WARNING. IT DESTROYS MOST PEOPLE AS IT DID TO THE TRUE AND ONLY KING OF POP. WE EXPLOIT OURSELVES AND EAT OUR OWN EGOS 'TILL THERE IS NOTHING LEFT. I HAVE A FEELING THAT THIS WON'T BE THE LAST FALSE STATEMENT WITH MY NAME ON IT, BUT THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I DEFEND MYSELF. I'M DONE.
Did 'Nye just talk about ego and exploitation on his very public celebrity blog?!
Just checking!

Although MC Hammer figured out that his '90s pants are no longer in style, it looks like Kim Kardashian didn't get that memo.
The newly single Kardashian sister was spotted Wednesday in New York City outside the MTV Studios dressed like that.
Does she really think she can bring back the Hammer pants? And to pair it with a puffy shirt?
Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.
As for her single life, Kim took to her blog to thank everyone for their support after her split from NFL player Reggie Bush. She says:
"Hey guys, I just wanted to let you all know that I truly appreciate all the love and support I've been receiving over the last 48 hours. I just want you all to know I'm doing okay, and I really appreciate your support. I've been reading all your comments and I really have the best fans ever! I love you guys!"
We love you too 'bb. But please, hire a new stylist.

This blew up fast!
Kelly Clarkson accused songwriter Ryan Tedder of reusing aspects of Beyonce's track Halo for Kelly's new single, Already Gone.
Well, Ryan took to his official blog yesterday to clear the air.
He wrote:
Hey everyone, Ryan here. So…..i’m in Europe on vacation with my wife yesterday when I get a flurry of emails with links to gossip sites and media outlets saying “Kelly clarkson throws producer Ryan Tedder under the bus re: Already Gone” etc etc etc… Alleging that I copied myself or “pulled a fast one” on Kelly Clarkson. This couldn’t be farther from the truth and the whole thing is absurd….however, I need to actually read what the hell is going on, make a call or 2, and be fully informed of it, then I assure you I will have a proper, respectful response. I don’t take allegations of this nature lightly- ESPECIALLY when it’s in regards to artists I respect and admire. Nor do I let things like this go unaddressed. So, give me a minute, and I’ll tell u whatsup and what really happened, or in this case, “didn’t” happen.
Interestingly enough….
Ryan deleted the entry shortly after!
Shady!

There seems to be a lot of insecurity hidden behind all that makeup!
Marilyn Manson took to his official blog to send a threat message to the haters.
He writes:
soon to be buried in a shallow grave
Current mood: amused
I can, but do not need to defend myself And the absurd accusations that the average press has clinged onto. If we need a nude photo of me to prove that I am far different than the soon-to-be-murdered-in-their-home press has decided to fabricate, that is easy. But if one more "journalist" makes a cavalier statement about me and my band, I will personally or with my fans help, greet them at their home and discover just how much they believe in their freedom of speech. I dare you all to write one more thing that you won't say to my face. Because I will make you say it. In that manner. That is a threat. Mm
We'd say it to his face!
Although, most mental health professionals would argue that murder is not the answer.
We guess Manson can dish it out, but can't take it!

You go, girl!
Clay Aiken took to his blog to shine some light on a pertinent issue effecting the gay community.
He writes:
I'm a little late on this one, but… be careful. Don't breathe in around me!
In debating the School Violence Prevention Act during a legislative session, NC General Assembly Minority Leader Skip Stam (R*-Wake) said that "explicitly protecting gay kids from bullying would lead to pedophilia and gay marriage," The man, who has obviously come unhinged from reality also argued that gay parents are "more dangerous than second-hand smoke."
I hope I haven't caused any health problems for any of you!
What a dumbass!
Do enough of you guys live in southern Wake County to help him lose his job next year?
Pure ignorance!

Roseanne Barr, usually the kind of uncensored comedian that gets in trouble, took to her blog to send her best to the Jackson children, give her thoughts on his recent death, bash the entertainer's parents, and apologize to Michael Jackson for not reaching out to him soon enough.
There are two separate entries, the first addressing the passing of Jackson and Roseanne's own regret:
"I bet Michael Jackson signed up with those producers because they had the lab that made that diprivan shit. That is supposed to be the one drug no body who is just anybody can get. You have to have five doctors worth of speed in you and anti depressants too in order to get injected and put into a coma with that stuff! That is the stuff they gave to fritzl's granddaughter that shut down all of her organs so that she could heal while asleep. Michael freaks me out in that haunting video of his last rehearsal, he can hardly move at all, but he is giving it everything he's got. He knows this is his very last video, and that there will never be a concert. He knows that the producers will tour it around the world and break several of his never heard songs out this way—he brilliantly leaves this world in his own way. I was given his cell phone number the night before he died and asked to call him and I didn't, I was too afraid–i thought I would wait until shabbat to call him and then he was dead. He wanted to know about meditation, about getting out from under the DID. Michael, I am sorry I didnt call you but I will try to help your kids out by talking about them all the time. Debbie Rowe is welcome to call me and I will help her all I can! "
Then, Roseanne sends her words to the children of the King of Pop, extending a helping hand but warning them of the supposed dangers of living in the Jackson household:
"someone tell Paris and Prince Michael 1 and 2 that they have a granny out here who is like they are and who cares about them very much. Their dad really loved them and he has left everything he had in the world to make sure that they are taken care of. Their dad was a drug addict for many many years. What makes a drug addict is someone who has too much pain in the memory banks. Your dad was tortured and beaten and humiliated as a child by his own parents, and you can never get better once that happens to you. You always have a hole in you. You can try to fill that hole many many ways, but none of them ever work, and they all eventually kill you. The hole can be turned into a pipe and silence which is golden, can fill it. You can choose to feel the pain and release it by meditation. Do not ever use manmade drugs. I wish I could have helped your dad and been his friend. Your dad wanted to give you all the love he had, and he did.
You are jewish, and your dad really loved jewish people and considered himself one of them. He considered that it didnt matter if a person was black or white, rich or poor, Muslim or christian, but that it DID matter if a person was jewish. Your dad believed that the Jewish People would change the world just by changing themselves. This is a very important jewish concept! Your dad would want you to know these things, he was a student of kabballah. kabballah teaches us that the jews need to change themselves, and to do that, they need to accept that they came from africa, from ethiopia, and not from europe!"
Well, that was…interesting.
What do U think of Roseanne's posts?

Singer Jojo is upset about something vague, and even though she's written a whole MySpace blog about it, she never quite reveals what exactly is making her mad "for legal reasons."
Refreshingly, she also mentions that she is "headed to the west coast on wednesday to get my grind-cap on and work extra hard to metaphorically punch people in the nose," while managing to avoid the txtspeak, grammatical and spelling errors that seems to plague teenagers these days.
She writes:
Depressed… but not yet fully draineD
Current mood: curious
Category: Jobs, Work, Careers
As much as I want to curl up into a ball and sleep for 18 hours a day, I must not. As much as I want to eat junk food and watch tv and cry, I can't!!! I must not let seemingly impossible situations dictate my happiness or my life plan. I hate to speak so vaguely, but I fear for legal reasons that I must. I am TRULY sick and tired of putting my life on hold for people and things that are consumed in other battles and agendas. Ooooohhhh I wanna say soooooo many curse words right now but I know my mom will be very upset if I do… Lol…I have held off on film and television opportunities and am planning on postponing other aspects of my life??!?!???? Uh-uh. I think not. I cannot give people who are not living my life the power to govern it. I am exasperated and sooooooo saddened by the non-progress I have been experiencing. I wish I could speak more candidly, but I would hate to mess up any future relationships or opportunities. I have been hopeful and optimistic for so long, but my flame of hope is definetly extinguishing. Sometimes I just like to vent on my blog. It really helps to hear your positive feedback!Thankfully I'm headed to the west coast on wednesday to get my grind-cap on and work extra hard to metaphorically punch people in the nose!! Lol… Not quite sure what that means yet. But what I do know is that while music seems to be temporarily on hold, best believe I will not be twiddling my thumbs gahhhhhhh it gets super frustrating sometimes especially when I see others excelling and getting to do what I also love. But then I remind myself that I'm only 18 and that I'm lucky to be so young! I still have my life ahead of me.
Thanks for listening,
Joanna
P.S. In case you couldn't figure it out….
She's talking about her suckass record label who is sitting on her third album and for unknown reasons not releasing it yet!

Kanye West took to his blog to discuss how his latest video for single Paranoid was leaked on the internet.
'Nye says:
IT HURTS ME TO SEE THE OLD AND VERY WRONG VERSION OF THE PARANOID VIDEO GET LEAKED ALL OVER THE NET WHILE I WAS ON AN 11 HR FLIGHT AND COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IT'S JUST FRUSTRATING WHEN THIS STUFF HAPPENS BECAUSE I REALLY CARE ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND SINCE VIDEOS NEVER GET PLAYED ANY WAY YOU MIGHT AS WELL TWEAK THEM AND MAKE THEM AS SPECIAL AS POSSIBLE. THE VERSION THAT GOT LEAKED FROM THE CAMERA PHONE LAST WEEK IS AT LEAST A LITTLE CLOSER TO THE FINAL PRODUCT. THANK YOU EVERYBODY FOR YOUR SUPPORT BUT THAT VIDEO WAS NOT UP TO MY STANDARDS.
Doesn't he have people to handle that for him????
Can't wait to see the Kanye approved version!!!
Click here to view screen shots of the "real" video.
