It's been almost a month since Teen Mom's Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra welcomed their second child into the fold and the couple are doing fabulous!
The 22-year-old reunited with her friend and adoption consultant Dawn Baker on Monday. Catelynn even retweeted a sweet reunion picture Dawn posted on Twitter!
Dawn documented the precious time she spent with Novalee Reign and wrote:
We have a feeling school would be a lot more fun if this guy was the principal of every institution!

Flitting around the Providence, Rhode Island campus at the "independent, college-prep, Quaker day school," Mr. Glendinning sang rewritten lyrics to the song Let It Go from Frozen, and he did it the most perfect way possible!
