The CDC just released a new report that 12.5% of women over the age of 18 engage in binge drinking!
They did a telephone survey of 278,243 women and found that 24.2% of girls between the ages of 18-34 binge drank!

Well, obviously.
Scientists conducted a study and found that 45% of teens saw no problems with drinking five alcoholic drinks a day.
Said Steve Pasierb, president of The Partnership at Drugfree.org:
"You're seeing this weakness in this generation of teens' attitudes around drug and alcohol use. It's not like this generation of kids thinks they're more bulletproof than others, but they really don't see any harm in that heavy drinking."
Even though teens appear to have an unhealthy attitude towards drinking, the number of underage kids drinking is down to 35 percent last year from a high of 50 percent in 1998.
If you have kids, educate them about the dangers of binge drinking!
