This is just awful!!

A woman was jogging through a neighborhood in Littlerock, California, just trying to get some exercise and extend her life.

Well in a tragic turn of events, that life was cut short when she was ATTACKED by a pack of dogs.

The pit bulls and mixed breeds were apparently known to be aggressive and have been found and taken from their home.

A police spokesman said:

The prosecutor was PISSSED!!

For those of you who need to get up to speed, the prosecution had selected a NYC rehab for Lindsay Lohan.

But she checked into a SoCal establishment this morning instead to complete her court order 90 day lockdown.

So today both Mark Heller (the lucky rabbits' foot carrying attorney of Miz LiLo) and the prosecutor faced the judge to give their reports, and the judge was just LOVING his life, LOL!!

Mark was arguing that the judge never actually said LiLo needed the prosecutor's official approval on a location — just one of proper parameters, so he was all like WHAT'S THE BIG EFFING DEAL!?!

To which the judge replied that the problem lies in the fact that the patient-selected rehab was NOT — to their knowledge — one of appropriate parameters. So the judge asked for the docs on the new rehab location and looked them over.

Meanwhile, the prosecutor deemed all of this ENTIRELY inappropriate, as both legal parties worked together to select a list of rehab choice. Basically, he called BULLSH*T on Mark and Lindsay both!

After hearing both arguments, the judge found

This just isn’t working for Lindsay Lohan!

Our rehab repeat offender is all in a fuss over her chosen rehab location, Morningside Recovery, so much so she’s completely broken down.

Daddy dearest, Michael Lohan, revealed his little lovely isn’t handling having to check in today very well…or really at all.

Well that's pretty damn obvious. She ALREADY missed her first flight to get out there!

Lindsay Lohan is required by law to be sitting pretty at a stay-in rehab center TODAY (May 2), but in typical Lilo fashion, girl will be arriving at her rehab of choice later than expected as she MISSED her initial flight out of NYC and had to borrow a friend's private plane instead.

But WHERE is Lindz going to spend her 90 days of mandated confinement?

It seems the former child star has settled on the very luxurious Morningside Recovery center in Newport Beach, Ca., and we bet Daddy Michael Lohan isn't too happy about that.

But we imagine Lindz is delighted about the prospect of staying at a place that houses patients clients in private homes right across the street from the bay AND which boasts such activities as hiking, kayaking, and trips to Disneyland.

Dayum, who knew reckless driving, lying to a police officier, and soaking oneself in booze would have such comforting consequences? LOLz.

Actually, no it's not even funny… just crushingly depressing.

Lindsay Lohan is at it again!

The rehab queen is apparently trying to avoid checking in on May 2nd DESPITE the threat of jail time.

Even though her rehab might be picked out and ready to go, LiLo is keeping it inneresting by changing her mind!

In classic LiLo style, it's being reported that she's feeling like checking into a California rehab… NOT New York!
