Do you want to have an amazing body like Stacy Keibler?? Of course you do!!
Well this is probably the part where you'll want to grab a pen and some paper, because the stunning 33-year-old shared some of secrets of how she stays in such amazing shape while posing for the cover Women's Running magazine!
From a very early age, Stacy developed healthy habits when she started dancing at age 10, and they carried over to her days as a cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens!
However, she was shocked to find that she was surprisingly less-active when she joined the WWE! She revealed:
This is seriously one of the most impressive things we've ever seen!
Everyone who has ever tried to do a back handspring knows that they're tough — even to do just one! That's why the world record for doing them consecutively was sitting at 36, which seems low if you have the momentum and distance!
That's NOT low, however, as we really want to stress again how HARD it is to do even one!
Well, Atlanta high school cheerleader Mikayla Clark has one beast of a spirit, as she has totally crushed that record with 44 hand springs!
Mikayla is just 16 years old, so she TOTALLY has time to prepare to crush it again if she wants to, and has been cheering since she was 4 years old!
What a cool thing to achieve at such a young age!! Check out her success (above)!
P.S. — Gordon Ramsay broke a world record recently! Check out his SUPER TINY CUPCAKE here!!
However, this week we got a chance to see a much different side of her! Her elegant side!
The pint-sized reality starlet and her partner Sasha Farber gracefully glided around the dance floor as they pulled off a flawless foxtrot!!
Unfortunately, Snooki's dreams of finally earning a 10 this week didn't come true, but she DID earn a 27 from the judges, and her second place finish in the Switch It Up challenge bumped her all the way up to a 30!
