Michael Vick is a hard man to take down, even if you're a rib injury!
According to Eagles offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg, he's "real close to 100 percent," even though that rib injury was just last week.

Michael Vick is taking things one year at a time.
The quarterback just signed a one-year contract to play for the Eagles for an estimated $20 million, which is standard for a player in his position.
Vick had a great season last year, and many expect him to continue to excel.
We just hope he stays out of trouble!

Rumors are going around that the Eagles may have played a part in Michael Vick cancelling his appearance on Oprah at the last minute.
According to reports, the Eagles “voiced objections” to Vick going on the show, and then on Wednesday Vick released a statement saying he had to cancel but that he hopes “to be able to participate in the interview in the future.”
We would not be surprised AT ALL if the Eagles didn’t want him to appear. Even though Vick’s public image is slowly improving, any slip-ups at this point could set him way back!

The Philadelphia Eagles are our new heroes in sports — they’re leading the way towards becoming green in the NFL.
The Eagles just decided to install a $30 million renewable energy system in their stadium, although this isn’t their first green venture. The team established a Go Green program in 2003 which has lead to the stadium’s distinctive wind turbines and solar installations.
For those of you skeptics out there, the green energy system they’ve set up will not only help the environment, but also save the team money. The franchise also expects to save $60 million in energy costs over the next 20 years.
There needs to be more of this in sports! Kudos to the Eagles for leading the way!
