We were pretty worried about Rutgers and their idea of proper hiring over there in their sports department, and now it's looking like their Lacrosse coach (Brian Brecht) has been reinstated after an inquiry into his coaching style!

The inquiry was launched because there were MORE allegations of verbal abuse! If you remember, they just got done firing Mike Rice for just that — being an awful and mean human being to his players!

So if they reinstated him, the allegations were false, right??

Despite his recent Parsons cancellation, John Galliano has been slowly reemerging ever since he was fired from Dior two years ago for his controversial Hitler remarks.

Now the designer is finally ready to open up about the incident in a new interview with Vanity Fair.

Hmm…maybe this is why he cancelled.

In the magazine's July issue, he will talk about the remorse he felt and his hopeful plan to return to design. While most of the details have been kept under wraps, it will be interesting to get an inside look into how his career has changed over the past two years.

In fact, even his publicist Liz Rosenberg is in the dark about the interview, revealing that she has "no idea because I haven’t seen the article, adding, "I don’t know if there’s a slant."

Hmm, we'd be interested to know. And, you better believe we'll be picking up a copy when the July issue hits shelves.

We don't know how she managed to yet again slither her way out of trouble, but despite all of the odds stacked against her, Lindsay Lohan made it to the court-approved Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage Thursday night!

As we've reported, the troubled starlet went through a pretty harrowing 24 hours, after she walked out on the unlicensed Morningside Recovery after two minutes that same morning, then fired attorney Mark Heller in lieu of the incredibly loyal and patient Shawn Chapman Holley!

But right before a warrant could be issued for her arrest, she was safely and securely

Everybody fantasizes about getting their 15 minutes of fame at some point or another, and for LAPD Officer Brett Goodkin that dream came true as he got to work on Sofia Coppola’s film, The Bling Ring!

The only problem is his moment in the spotlight may end up costing him his job!

Brett served as a technical advisor for the film, giving Sofia the scoop on how the police do their business, and he also got a few lines in a scene where he slaps some cuffs on Emma Watson! But his peers weren't so happy to hear about his big screen debut and now they want to give him the axe!

The issue is that the officer LIED to his boss about his role in the movie, and the reason that’s such a big deal is that the hearings for the ACTUAL Bling Ring robbers were also going down and he was working on BOTH at the same time!

Apparently the bright lights of Hollywood blinded his judgement, because that's a MAJOR no-no!

He will go before a disciplinary panel where his punishment will be decided, but to make matters even worse he’s also undergoing a second investigation for allegedly sending inappropriate messages to a witness in the actual robbery case!

We’re no lawyers, but it doesn’t look too good for Brett!

On the bright side, if the police officer thing doesn’t end up working out, maybe he can give acting a try! LOLz!

Looks like Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White is going to have to throw out that warrant we know he was ready to issue for Lindsay Lohan's arrest!

Because it appears that following her last-minute legal circus, which resulted in her canning of attorney Mark Heller and immediate re-hiring of Shawn Chapman Holley, the troubled starlet has been signed, sealed, and delivered to her new, locked-down home for 90 days: the Betty Ford Clinic!

In fact, while there's yet to be an official confirmation, insiders claim that Lindsay actually made it to the Rancho Mirage facility before midnight last night…which means that she fulfilled her obligation to be enrolled by May 2nd!

That's right! Despite telling Morningside Recovery that she didn't need rehab, sources close to her now assert that she's FINALLY ready to cooperate and stop making the lives of everyone around her miserable!

And it's all thanks to Miz Holly!

Because that is the ONLY explanation that would make us understand WHY Lilo's ex-lawyer — who she FIRED — decided to take the troubled starlet BACK last night as a client, especially since Lindz reportedly owes her about $300,000 in legal fees.

But magic or no, it's true. Mark Heller, the man who LIED to the judge yesterday when he claimed Lindsay was ensconced in the bosom of Morningside Recovery when she was really shopping at Fry's Electronics is OUT, and Shawn Holley is IN after some (supposed) excessive begging from Lilo.

And lucky for Lindz, Shawn apparently used her savvy lawyering skills to finagle a rush deal with the LA City attorney for Lindsay to attend the Betty Ford Center…

Although no news as to whether or not Lindz has arrived at THAT rehab location, or if she's pulled another disappearing act.
