Joe Rogers, the CEO of Waffle House, said that a former employee who he had consensual sex with is trying to blackmail him.

The former female employee said Rogers demanded she do sexual things with him or else she'd lose her job. She claimed he even tried to force sex on her despite her repeated protests.

Two men are accused of lying to a grand jury about Jerry Sandusky sexually abusing children, and a judge has just thrown out the motion to dismiss those charges.

The motions came from former vice president Gary Schultz and athletic director Tim Curley, and would've thrown out the count of perjury against each man.

George Huguely has just been sentenced to 23 years in prison for beating his ex-girlfriend, Yeardley Love, to death in an argument.

The former UVA Lacrosse player had been convicted in February of second-degree murder by a jury.

He even admitted to having a fight with her that got physical, but denied he ever meant to kill her.

It's too bad he didn't get even more time — regardless of "meaning" to kill someone, if you beat them to death, we feel like that's a special kind of violence that can't be chalked up to accident.

We guess we should be glad that he's going away at all, but he didn't even get the maximum 26 years that the jury recommended!

Say whaaaaat???

Jerry Sandusky, convicted serial child sex abuser, molester and rapist, is a monster, yet his wife, Dottie Sandusky, still supports him.

An atom bomb was just dropped on the Jerry Sandusky trial!

The jury was already deliberating the 48 charges against Sandusky when his adopted son, Matt Sandusky said his father abused him!!!

We're literally speechless.

Last we had heard, after Sandusky's wife took the stand, his son might follow up as a character witness.

But now! Jeez!

Matt's lawyer issued a statement to authorities saying that he was ready to testify on behalf of the prosecutors!

The statement doesn't go into specifics, but it did say Matt Sandusky was:

"[…] a victim of Jerry Sandusky's abuse."

Since the jury is already in deliberation we don't know what this means for the case.

The lawyer's statement said:

"During the trial, Matt Sandusky contacted us and requested our advice and assistance in arranging a meeting with prosecutors to disclose for the first time in this case that he is a victim of Jerry Sandusky's abuse. At Matt's request, we immediately arranged a meeting between him and the prosecutors and investigators. This has been an extremely painful experience for Matt and he has asked us to convey his request that the media respect his privacy. There will be no further comment."

We'll have to wait and see what happens as this shocking situation unfolds.
