Anne Heche is the latest actress to accuse Harvey Weinstein of sexual misconduct.

On Tuesday, the Six Days, Seven Knights actress appeared on the Allegedly podcast where she says she was fired from a Miramax movie after she refused to perform oral sex on the producer.

While it is unclear which film she is referring to, the 48-year-old last acted in the company's 2001 feature Prozac Nation.

Harvey Weinstein Hit With Class Action Lawsuit For Accused Racketeering To Cover Up Sexual Assaults With The Help Of 'The Weinstein Sexual Enterprise'

Harvey Weinstein went through great lengths to cover up his decades of sexual misconduct — so great, some alleged victims believe it amounts to civil racketeering.

The disgraced movie mogul and The Weinstein Company have been hit with a class-action lawsuit filed by six women who say Weinstein sexually assaulted them when they auditioned for him or met him at company sponsored events.

The plaintiffs seek to be certified as a class to sue on grounds of racketeering, civil battery, assault, and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit, which aims to represent a class of "dozens, if not hundreds" of Weinstein's alleged victims, claims the indie film producer was aided by a coalition of companies and individuals that worked with the producer to cover up his widespread sexual misconduct.

Entities of this so-called "Weinstein Sexual Enterprise" included Weinstein's staff, board members, hired operatives, attorneys, and National Enquirer writers — all of whom allegedly violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.

Ben Affleck is staying true to his word.

Just a week after vowing to be "part of the solution" regarding Hollywood's sexual harassment problem, the actor revealed he will be donating any future earnings from a Harvey Weinstein or Miramax film to charity.

Toronto Actress Launches Lawsuit Against Harvey Weinstein — As Well As DISNEY!

Looks like Harvey Weinstein has dragged Disney into his drama.

This week, it was revealed that an anonymous Toronto-based actress is heading to court over two alleged sexual assaults she suffered at the hands of the indie movie mogul in 2000. Disney has been listed as a co-defendant in this case as they owned Weinstein's Miramax at the time of the alleged incident.

According to the Toronto Sun, the unnamed accuser has taken the first step in launching a lawsuit as she has filed a statement of claim. It appears the woman is seeking $4 million in damages.

Harvey Weinstein's Former Assistant Breaks NDA To Speak Out On His Network Of Lawyers & Years Of Harassment: 'He Would Try To Pull Me Into Bed'

Many questions have come up amid the onslaught of sexual misconduct allegations made against Harvey Weinstein: how many Harvey Weinsteins are lurking in the entertainment industry? Who in Hollywood was privy to this abuse? How big of a role did his assistants play?

Scream Star Skeet Ulrich Says 'Most People Knew' About Harvey Weinstein But Couldn't Do Anything About It!

As more allegations come out about Harvey Weinstein, more actors are starting to admit they were privy to Hollywood's disgusting "open secret."

One of those actors is Skeet Ulrich, who admitted to being aware of the harassment and assault accusations made against the disgraced film producer over the years.

Over two decades ago, the Riverdale actor starred in 1996's Scream, which was released by Dimension Films — a division of Miramax, the studio that later became The Weinstein Company.

In a new interview with Cosmo, Ulrich says he knew about Harvey's reputation back in the '90s, but maintains he couldn't do or say anything about it.

Now that the secret's out to the public, the 47-year-old reflected on how helpless he — let alone the victims — were in the decades leading up to Weinstein's exposure. He explained:
