Richard Ramirez, a.k.a. The Night Stalker, is dead at 53.

He died on death row in San Quentin State Prison, the only place he's lived since being sentenced to death back in 1989.

Richard earned the nickname The Night Stalker because he snuck in through his victims windows late at night during a rape-murder spree that claimed at least 13 lives in the Los Angeles area back in the mid-80s

There are conflicting reports as to the cause of his death. One source says

Oscar represented himself in a pretrial hearing yesterday — for a whole 15 minutes — as Magistrate Daniel Thulare postponed the case ’til August so police can complete their investigation. Oscar is accused in the shooting death of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp.

It's been a little while since we've heard anything about the Oscar Pistorius murder trial, and the last bit of news came from former lead investigator Hilton Botha speaking out on the case. Now, we're hearing that Oscar will actually be in court on Tuesday for a pretrial hearing.

And that he'll be REPRESENTING HIMSELF!

A Canadian landfill worker with too much time on his hands recently discovered celluloid footage of a BRUTAL Canadian homicide!

He turned the evidence over to the Canadian police ASAP and they happily went to work trying to crack the case!

As it turns out, the film showed Canadian actor, comedian, and alleged superhero standing over the bloodied corpse of some poor lady!

We previously mentioned a woman in California was out for a jog when she was suddenly attacked and mauled to death by four pit bulls!!

Now, the owner of those dogs has been charged with MURDER!

Alex Jackson, 29, was charged when DNA from his dogs' faces matched the DNA of the deceased woman, Pamela Devitt, 63.

She died after being bitten 150 to 200 times.

Jodi Arias could know her fate any day now.

After being convicted of first-degree murder, Jodi is facing the death penalty, which was initially a sentence she wanted.

But now, Jodi has completely changed her mind and is requesting to keep her life, which she spoke about in a new interview with the Today Show after the media ban was lifted on the case.

The woman who brutally murdered Travis Alexander is claiming the death penalty wouldn't be a fair sentence for her case.

Instead, she wants to take this chance to give back while doing time for her crime.
