Gasser was immediately detained and taken into police custody, but at this point remains uncharged as investigators figure out what happened to cause the incident, and McKnight's tragic death.

Now, though, more reporting is coming out about Gasser himself, and there is one disturbing, unbelievable coincidence: nearly eleven years ago, Gasser had a VERY similar road rage incident at THE EXACT SAME INTERSECTION!

According to police, on February 20, 2006, Gasser was driving erratically in a red pickup truck when another driver

Teen Cannibal Austin Harrouf Was NOT On Bath Salts During Shocking Double Murder — See What FBI Drugs Tests Revealed!

This case continues to shock us.

When we first read the story of Austin Harrouff and his admitted double murder and cannibalism, we thought he had to be on drugs.

And we weren't alone — arresting officers were sure the "teen cannibal" had taken bath salts or their new counterpart, flakka.

But according to Attorney Nellie King the FBI drug tests, performed at the bureau's drug lab at Quantico, showed Harrouff was not under the influence of either designer drug.

Apart from "medically introduced" drugs given to the 19-year-old at the hospital, there were no drugs present — just trace amounts of THC, meaning he had previously smoked marijuana.

There was also ethanol in his blood, though it's unclear the source. King argued it could have been the chemicals Harrouff claimed to have drunk from his victims' garage.

Last week Harrouff plead not guilty to the murders of John Stevens III and Michelle Mishcon. We'll keep you up to date on any more twists in this disturbing trial.

Good news for Brendan Dassey during this legal roller coaster.

On Monday, a federal judge ruled that the Making A Murderer subject will be released from prison while prosecutors appeal his overturned conviction.

For those of you who may not know, in 2007, the Wisconsin resident was found guilty of sexually assaulting and murdering Teresa Halbach.

A key part of the now-27-year-old's conviction was his confession, in which he detailed how he and his uncle, Steven Avery, allegedly assaulted and murdered the photographer.

However, the Netflix docuseries seemed to show Brendan was coerced into providing that confession, after his mental ability was called into question and his court-appointed lawyer didn't hesitate to take a deal.

So, in August, Judge William E. Duffin overturned the young man's murder conviction. But,

Prosecutors Are Appealing Making A Murderer Star Brendan Dassey's Overturned Conviction!

And the saga continues…

As we reported last month, a federal judge overturned Brendan Dassey's conviction claiming his coerced confession violated his Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment rights. Because of this, the 26-year-old will leave jail in November.

As seen on Making A Murderer, the Wisconsin-native — along with uncle Steven Avery — were charged with the rape and murder of Teresa Haibach.

However, the Netflix star just faced another obstacle in his journey to freedom.

On Friday, the state of Wisconsin is appealing Dassey's overturned conviction. According to Attorney General Brad Schimel:

"We believe the magistrate judge's decision that Brendan Dassey's confession was coerced by investigators, and that no reasonable court could have concluded otherwise, is wrong on the facts and wrong on the law… Two state courts carefully examined the evidence and properly concluded that Brendan Dassey's confession to sexually assaulting and murdering Teresa Halbach with his uncle, Steven Avery, was voluntary, and the investigators did not use constitutionally impermissible tactics."

Regardless of whether he is truly guilty or not, Brendan is going to face another uphill battle.

Former RHOC Star Lauri Peterson's Son Pleads Not Guilty In Attempted Murder Case

no title

On Friday, former Real Housewives star Lauri Peterson's son — Josh Waring — plead not guilty to 12 charges in his attempted murder case.

As we reported in June, the troubled reality TV star was arrested after he allegedly shot Daniel Lopez in the torso around 2:30 a.m. at a sober living home. After the altercation, Waring attempted to flee the scene in a stolen BMW SUV where he crashed, tried to escape on foot, and eventually surrendered himself to authorities.

He was charged with three counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a firearm and one count each of discharging a firearm at an inhabited dwelling, assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, unlawful taking of a vehicle, evading a peace officer/reckless driving, hit and run with property damage, resisting a public or peace officer, and battery.

His current bail is set at $1 million.

Back in May, the Bravo personality pled not guilty to drug and forgery charges. He's also been involved in various drug cases between 2008 and 2016.

During season three of RHOC, Josh sought treatment at a rehab facility.

We just hope justice is brought down on anyone who breaks the law.
