Rick Ross's neighbor claims his yorkie died a grusome death - and it's all Rick's fault!

According to police documents, the yorkie, Banks, suffered "3 large bite wounds on his back " along with a "very large bite wound" around his neck.

Cops were called to the scene — and officials managed to free Banks … but his wounds were so extreme, that the owner had no choice but to euthanize her beloved pooch.

Investigators eventually cited Ross for the incident — but the owner wasn't satisfied so she filed suit, demanding Ross fork over $15,000 in damages and court costs.

We're told the owner is especially upset because the rapper has NOT apologized for the incident.

Cold Rick. Real cold.

EWWW!!

This seems like some sweet gorss-as-hell revenge for a grumpy old man!

According the guy behind the camera:

"Every day he walks his dog about 7 am so his dog can shit on other people's property. LAWN, SIDEWALKS, DRIVEWAYS, EVEN ONCE ON THE BOTTOM STEP OF THE FRONT PORCH. He never brings a bag, never picks it up. EVERY DAY FOR YEARS. He's been confronted in the past by other neighbors and either denies it or says he'll pick it up later."

As we first mentioned to you last year, Reese Witherspoon has two pet donkeys.

Unfortunately, her neighbors aren’t loving the new additions to her family.

According to a source, the donkeys at her Ojai, California location are constantly making noise, adding "they're driving us crazy!"

Another local added:

"It's so bad that a few residents have sent her a letter. She's beloved here. I'm not even sure she know what's going on."

Let's hope they can fix the problem, no one wants to live next to some noisy donkeys.

So Brave!

When a fire ripped through country star Trace Adkins's family home in Brentwood, Tenn., in early June, the singer's family – which includes girls MacKenzie, 13, Brianna, 9 and Trinity, 6, – lost everything.

But thanks to the bravery of daughter Brianna, their two dogs survived the blaze, which was caused by a faulty power strip beneath Adkins's workbench.

When the fire started Adkins and his wife were not home, but the nanny and their daughters escaped quickly, but Bri had to go back for her dogs.

"A neighbor tried to stop her. But she wouldn't be stopped. They're her puppies. [Brianna] has severe allergies and this is one of the only breeds that she can have."

Adkins explained, adding that he is so proud of his little hero.

The fire destroyed most of the family's home, but doesn't bother Trace. He feels lucky to still have his family and his home.

"We're good. We're fortunate. We don't have any room to put stuff – but we don't have stuff anymore!"

Running our way???

Ryan Phillippe was seen keeping up his fitness with a jog around his LA neighborhood on Thursday with his new pooch Maximillian.

Ryan and Max have been getting their run on quite a bit recently. Tuesday we spotted the duo out running with pal Breckin Meyer.

We have not seen ryan on any doggie dates with actress Amanda Seyfried recently. We hear the couple have called their relationship off but this time its said to be for good.

Suuuuure. Come on guys, we've heard that story form them before.

Alpacas are the new cats!

Ok… maybe that's just wishful thinking (sorry cat lovers).

Alpacas aren't that popular (yet), but we think there should be at least one in every neighborhood and/or classroom.
