Is Britney Spears Finally Getting Her Revenge On Justin Timberlake By Sampling Cry Me A River In Her New Single?!

no title

This could be huge!!!

While Britney Spears has already pushed back her upcoming single Make Me (Oooh) a few times this Summer, the reason why could make it well worth the wait.

That's because we're hearing some rumors that BritBrit could be sampling none other than Justin Timberlake's Cry Me a River in her new song!

Video: Britney Spears Pulls Out ALL Her Choreo For The BBMAs!

Apparently, some industry professionals on Twitter have been asking Britney's publicist Shoshanna Stone if she's "still" planning on featuring the infamous diss track in Oooh!

For those of you who don't remember, Justin made waves back in 2002 by featuring Britney lookalike Lauren Hastings in his music video, which means Britney could now be getting even with her ex 14 years later!

While this may just be a random rumor for the now, the news that Britney was spotted wearing all-denim in her music video shoot sure points to the revenge mashup being legit.

With that said, the journalist who initially started the rumor has clarified that it was only a joke… but we actually think there could be some truth to it.

Do U think Britney Spears would ever sample Justin Timberlake??

Liam Hemsworth Proves He's No Will Smith As Independence Day: Resurgence BOMBS — See More Of The Worst Sequels Of All Time HERE!

no title

An Independence Day sequel without Will Smith sounds a lot like apple pie without apples!

For some reason, director Roland Emmerich decided to move forward with a sequel to his 1996 hit alien invasion film with Independence Day: Resurgence without its biggest star.

Sure, killing off Smith's character and then replacing him with the lesser Hemsworth Liam Hemsworth wasn't the strongest choice, but it could still be fun, right?

Sadly, Resurgence was not well received by critics OR fans; it's currently sitting at a 34% positive on RottenTomatoes and fell far short at the box office with only $41.6 million on a reported $165 mil budget. Ouch.

The good news for Liam is, he's not the only person to make a TERRIBLE sequel — the bad news for Jeff Goldblum is it's not his first…
