Now that the Kimye baby has FINALLY graced us all with her presence, new parents Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are looking for all of the extra help they can get!

In addition to temporarily moving in with grandmomager Kris Jenner, the two will reportedly be hiring a live-in nurse to help out for their first year of parenthood!

Earlier today, this adorable family hit the London streets where they shopped so much we thought they were going to drop!

Later on we spotted Kourtney Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner at the Heathrow Airport in London, England.

Kourtney Kardashian is looking like one happy mama…despite the drama cloud that has hovered over beautiful yet fragile psyche family!

At least her hubby Scott Disick is teaching their son Mason how to act and dress very cool. Even if Scott himself isn't cool some of the time.

Still, she's got her beautiful daughter Penelope, and we can't wait to see what her fashion style is like.

The Kuartet is out and about!!

Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick, and their two adorbsies kids (Mason and Penelope!) wanted to get away from the cameras and have some family fun time together, only to be spotted by the paparazzi!

They went to the La Brea Tar Pits in El Lay, which isn't as fun as it sounds — though, it's FREE and it's educational! It'd be cooler if the tar pits did more than just gurgle! HA!

Little Mason had a blast running around though, even if daddy couldn't tear himself away from his business phone! After that bullshizz he pulled about Kourtney's weight, we're glad he isn't having fun!

Another day, another lavish trip for Kourtney Kardashian and her baby Penelope!

The lovely ladies were spotted leaving their crib yesterday, and even though we have no idea where they were going, we have a hunch they were taking off to do something froufrou.

From the looks of Kourtney's outfit, maybe they were gonna casually stroll through Beverly Hills to do some shopping again?

We wouldn't be surprised if they did 'cuz these Kardashians are certainly big spenders. LOLz

Kourtney Kardashian certainly knows how to stay warm!

The reality star just took off to New York City a couple days a ago with Penelope… but considering that her lips got CHAPPED and starting bleeding while she was there, she said the hell with NYC, and brought her behind back to El Lay today!!

As she got off of her plane, Miz Kardashian was seen wearing a HUGE furry coat to shield her from the cold.

But after she rocked some nas-tay cracked lips, we don't blame her for trying to stay as warm as possible. LOLz
