Amazing.

A ten-year-old girl's shih tzu-Yorkie mix has been returned to the little girl after the community raised over $6,000 for the reward money.

But the most amazing part of the story was how the little girl offered up her entire piggy bank savings to get the most important person back in her life because lets face it - dogs are people, too!

Or pretty close at least.

Hooray!

The uber talented Muppets received a well deserved star this morning on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame.

Joined by Lisa and Brian Henson, the son & daughter of the master of the Muppets, Jim Henson, the Muppets are the 2,466th recipient of a Walk of Fame star.

And it couldn’t of happened to a better group of people–err–Muppets.

For Puppy Bowl VIII, the folks at Animal Planet wanted to do something a bit extra special.

What did they do? They got Piglet Cheerleaders!

Four piglet, Hank, Beulah, Khalessa, and Othello, were brought in to give the head cheer-piggy, Bubbles, some support.

Bubbles looked so adorable and strutted herself around the field, smiling for the cameras.

Miss Piggy better run for her money!

Just look at them playing together.

They're best friends and rescues from the Hillside Animal Sanctuary in the UK.

That pig is lucky the dog doesn't know where bacon comes from!
