U.K. Business Secretary Vince Cable is reportedly backpedalling on earlier not-so-nice statements regarding the boyband's $38 million 2012 paycheck!
Cable apparently said that 1D's excessive 2012 earnings were "grossly immoral" and that:

Mila Kunis has been TARGETED by a Ukrainian politician. And it is not being smiled upon in the Jewish community.
Igor Miroshnichenko wrote a letter slurring at Ashton Kutcher's girlfriend, calling the Ukrainian born-Jew a "zhydovka."
Now, if you don't know what it means… all you need to know is this — it's been used as a slur against Jews since the Holocaust.
Yeah… tacky.
Unfortunately, the Ukrainian government says it's OK since their dictionary defines the term without slur intentions. But El Lay's famous Simon Wiesenthal Center didn't like that, so they protested in a letter to the Ukraine Prime Minister, asking for condemnation of the remarks.

Fidel Castro, the longtime leader of Cuba's Communist regime, may be on the verge of passing away!
"A respected doctor" named Jose Marquina tells a Cuban newspaper that the 86-year-old's health is deteriorating so badly that he can barely eat, speak or even recognize people!
After suffering from an embolic stroke, the doc isn't sure how much time Castro has left, but suggests he "could last weeks."
Even if his heart does continue to beat, Marquina says "we'll never again see him in public."

If it's not one thing getting everyone's panties in a twist over Madonna, it's something else!
The pop icon apparently caused quite a ruckus at her last-minute, 45-minute live-streamed MDNA show at Paris' famed l'Olympia, and while early reports suggested it was due to disgruntled fans being furious with how short her performance was, many have now come forward to assert that the contention was instead due to protestors, yelling about Marine Le Pen!
