Lindsay Lohan Enters Rehab! Judge Allows Facility Change While Prosecution Investigates The Switcheroo!

The prosecutor was PISSSED!!

For those of you who need to get up to speed, the prosecution had selected a NYC rehab for Lindsay Lohan.

But she checked into a SoCal establishment this morning instead to complete her court order 90 day lockdown.

So today both Mark Heller (the lucky rabbits' foot carrying attorney of Miz LiLo) and the prosecutor faced the judge to give their reports, and the judge was just LOVING his life, LOL!!

Mark was arguing that the judge never actually said LiLo needed the prosecutor's official approval on a location — just one of proper parameters, so he was all like WHAT'S THE BIG EFFING DEAL!?!

To which the judge replied that the problem lies in the fact that the patient-selected rehab was NOT — to their knowledge — one of appropriate parameters. So the judge asked for the docs on the new rehab location and looked them over.

Meanwhile, the prosecutor deemed all of this ENTIRELY inappropriate, as both legal parties worked together to select a list of rehab choice. Basically, he called BULLSH*T on Mark and Lindsay both!

After hearing both arguments, the judge found

Allen Iverson is an alcoholic, apparently, and the court that says so also says that he need to be treated for it — or he won't get to see his kids!

Brutal, but completely necessary!

During the final proceedings of his divorce, the judge awarded Allen's now ex-wife

Hip-Hop Producer Sean Garrett Is In Big Trouble With American Express!

Just because you create hits with Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, and more recently, Brandy, does not mean you don't have to pay your bills!

And unfortunately, it sounds as though Sean Garrett is going to learn that the hard way!

American Express filed a lawsuit against the producer for failure to pay a tab on his credit card, and although he asserted that the excess charges were the result of identify theft, the company filed a motion for default judgment last month after he didn't respond to them!

Well now, the judge has

Deion Sanders Thinks His Kids Aren't Worth $10,000 A Month

Filed under: Legal MattersLove LineSad SadFamily

Deion Sanders is not happy with the $10,000 a month a judge ordered him to pay to his estranged wife Pilar.

He feels that it's not fair and claims that it's six times more than Texas law requires.

Buuuuut, Pilar claims that the stingy bastard Deion is worth about $250 million!! So $10,000 a month is nothing to him.

If that's true, to put it in perspective, that'd be like

Tameka Foster Files Appeal In Custody Ruling

It ain't over until the fat lady sings.

Or at least until the judge does.

Usher's ex wife Tameka Foster has officially appealed the recent custody ruling involving the former couple's two children.

According to the papers she filed, her lawyers argue that she absolutely presented enough evidence to prove that Usher has a past, current, and future inability" to raise their children, and no sufficient evidence was presented in the last case as to why she would be unable to take care of them.

There's that and there's also the fact that Tameka has a sneaking suspicion that the judge was a little too friendly with her ex husband.

We hope this drama isn't dragged out too long - these two have been through enough these past few months, and this surely isn't a healthy way to help them through the healing process.

We'll see what happens.

Supreme Court Sides ALMOST Entirely With Federal Government In Arizona Immigration Case!

Well, three out of four isn't bad!

But we still wish they could have abolished ALL of these ridiculously RACIST and unjust policies!

The U.S. Supreme Court finally ruled today MOSTLY in favor of the federal government in regards to the controversial SB1070, a policy in Arizona immigration that has caused quite a bit of controversy regarding its support of blatant racial profiling. Although the 5-3 vote was largely a success, the judges upheld the arguably most CONTROVERSIAL provision, which allows police to check the immigration status of individuals while enforcing other laws!

Ch-ch-check out a news report on the semi-victory!

According to Justice Anthony Kennedy:

Dov Charney's Sex Slave Lawsuit Heads To Arbitration

dov-charney-irene-morales-sex-slave-lawsuit-moves-to-arbitration.jpg

Finally some good news for Dov Charney.

A Brooklyn judge ruled on Tuesday the $250+ million sex slave lawsuit brought on by former American Apparel employee Irene Morales will be handled in arbitration, rather than open court.

The case has been on hold since March of last year when the judge ordered a hearing to decide whether or not it can go on since Morales signed an arbitration agreement when she quit in 2010.

Charney's lawyer Stuart Slotnick said of the ruling:

"The court granted our motion in its entirety and we expect the case to be dismissed in arbitration. The claims are bogus and frivolous and we expect they will be dealt with accordingly."

Morales' lawyers haven't decided whether or not they're going to appeal the decision, but if you ask Dov he thinks "it speaks for itself".
