McDonald's has a BIG change happening on its menu! The fast food giant is reportedly preparing to add kale to its salads and smoothies!
That's the word coming from analysts at Janney Capital Markets, but it is a surprising move considering McDonald's had released an ad earlier this year that claimed their Big Mac sandwiches would never be kale!

We guess the fast food giant has had a change of heart — although they're not confirming the news just yet!

She should've just got a power size! LOLz
Miranda Cosgrove headed over to a Jamba Juice in Studio City on Wednesday, and as soon as she was coming out of the shop, she was spotted with not one, but TWO drinks in her hand.
We know that Jamba Juice is really good, but we're hoping that the 19-year-old School of Rock actress got smoothies that didn't have much sugar.
It's unfortunate that these "natural" drinks aren't that healthy, but because they taste so good, Jamba just keeps us and Miranda coming back!!
Peep the lovely lady (above)!

Jenna Dewan-Tatum may be drinking smoothie, but she's walking bump-y!
The Step Up star was spotted showing off her little Channing Tatum in a flowing red sundress while getting her juice on at Earth Bar!
Notice the two different smoothies? We're guessing Jenna wanted one flavor and the baby bump wanted another! But why choose?
Ch-ch-check out the pics (below) to see Jenna looking happy, healthy, and round- just like the Earth!
Actually, she's probably a lot healthier than the Earth! But they have both had Channing Tatum on them! Jealous! LOLz!

We didn't know they were BFFs!!
LOLz, we kid, we kid — they aren't. But Patrick Schwarzenegger IS a big fan of Blake Griffin's, so it was a cool moment for him to get to meet one of his basketball heroes!
Even if they didn't plan on getting smoothies together, per se, they DID just that!
Here's what Patrick tweeted, along with the photo (above):
Got my daily smoothie & saw @blakegriffin32. Wish had my lakers gear on, but at least he got the same smoothie as me
What a cool moment! Hope those smoothies were DELISH!

Discover “green” smoothies. Don't worry, we're not talking about seaweed smoothies! Instead have a smoothie made of natural ingredients. It is a great way to start the day in place of cereal. If you start the day healthy, chances are you will end the day the same way.A good starter smoothie is sweet yet still green. Spinach, blueberries almond milk, coconut water, banana, cinnamon. Then begin to work away from the fruit with spinach, kale, cilantro, apple, lime juice water and a little salt. It might take a little getting used to, but your body will love you for it!
