
Just because it is the "holidays", doesn't mean your workouts should go on a hiatus also. Make sure you keep up your current workout schedule, even if that means squatting and lunging in your living room when you have a spare 15 minutes.

Besides squats, lunges are my favorite thing to do for a great butt work out. It is also great for your hamstrings and glutes.
Stand straight, keep your hands on your hips. lunge forward and lower your body down, the lower you go the better it is for your butt.
Remember to keep your back straight . Stand back and switch off to other legs, and repeat. I try to do 2 reps of 10 each.

Replace coffee with movement. Get up and do a quick set of squats, pushups or any other exercise when you feel you need coffee. Push yourself to go fast and it will kick in the endorphins, get the blood flowing and help to keep you awake!
