Brittney Griner is the best player in the WNBA right now, and she happens to be gay as well. So when Jason Collins found the courage to come out as gay in the NBA, she was inspired to continue her mission to help others live their open and free lives!

Robin Roberts's past year was a little rougher than your average person's.
Having to have a bone marrow transplant due to a rare disorder, she was dedicated to pulling through it — and showing what she had to go through, even if it meant the world seeing her at her lowest. Here's what she said:

The thing is, once you hit milestones, it doesn't get any easier. It's something you have to battle for the rest of your life, and even Russell admits that he even will crave heroin and crack when things are tough.

We really do hope that the stigma behind going to a therapist will disappear someday, because it's something that is extremely beneficial — and nobody should ever be embarrassed by it!

Everybody Loves Raymond, but nobody likes breast cancer!
Sitcom star Ray Ramano is finally opening up about his wife's breast cancer struggle, which thankfully had a happy ending.
Anna Scarpulla discovered a lump in her right breast in February of 2010 and was diagnosed with "invasive breast cancer."
Fortunately, after four rounds of chemotherapy she was able to make a full recovery, but since others aren't so lucky, the couple is going public with their experience. Ray explained their decision to People magazine by saying:
