With the premiere of her own sitcom Sam & Cat premiering recently and her debut album dropping in August, the sky seems to be the limit for teen star Ariana Grande!

But when people began noticing that she was getting thinner, rumors began swirling that she might have an eating disorder.

Well Ariana heard the rumors and took to her Tumblr to address her weight loss, saying:

Ireland Baldwin is in FANTASTIC shape — and it's probably because she's out doing healthy and fitness-intense things like paddle boarding instead of laying around or just tanning!

She was spotted with her boyfriend Slater Trout (who is required to be in the water with a last name like that) paddle boarding to get their day started!

We wonder how long she's been doing this! She looks like a pro! We wonder if her dad, Alec, knows how to catch waves like this too!

When Christina Pagliarolo agreed to be on a Rachael Ray Show segment about overweight teens, she expected some physical activity and interviews, but she claims she didn't expect to be brutalized by a physical trainer!

Christina weighed in at 260 lbs at the time, and the lawsuit says the trainer made her run 'like Forrest Gump,' screamed at her, and made her hike in the mountains! Not only that, but she claims she was put on a StairMaster and they kept boosting the speed until she flew off the machine!

Then they YELLED at her for falling!

Smoking bud may not make your teen brain any smarter, but it won't cause any damage either!

Or at least that's what a new study is suggesting.

Researchers scanned the brains of 92 adolescents, ages 16 to 20, before and after an 18-month period. During that time, the ones who had already been smoking kept smoking, the ones who'd been drinking kept drinking, and the ones who did neither kept doing that, too!

What the researchers found may surprise you - we know it surprised us!
