Sometimes…it really does take a village to do something good!

A baby elephant got stuck in a well and the entire village tried to free the little one.

Finally, after some help from a giant claw truck, the babe smells daylight!

Hip hip HOORAY!!!!! We know this baby elephant is extra happy to be in the open again!

Hilary Duff's dog Lola has been sick for a while.

So she recently underwent surgery to hopefully put an end to some serious issues.

After the surgery, Hilary tweeted:

"Lola update: she is getting a bit better everyday it was major surgery and I have to keep that in mind. still in the hospital :( home on Tuesday"

And now…

Lola's home!!

"Could not have asked for a better gift! Got 2bring Miss Lola home 2day! She is standing up by herself! And taking some steps! Big improvement!"

Bit of a Christmas miracle if you ask us.

So happy little Lola is okay.
