Taylor Momsen joked about the molestation scandal in the Catholic Church on a New Zealand radio show, by saying, “I was raised Catholic. “I fucked a priest once – I’m just kidding.”
Wow, really, Taylor?? REALLY???
She then got all serious and described that one of her songs, Going Down, was her response to what’s going on in the Catholic Church. “It seemed like a very fitting song to write at the time,” Momsen explained. “It was kind of a fuck you to all the molestation going on. It was just insane.”
