
Finding time for the gym every day is tough, but for beginners, finding ways to maximize workouts in that short amount of time is even tougher!

“I only have 30 minutes at the gym each day, so wanted to know the best way to maximize my time and still get a great workout! Thank you!”
Great question and you’ve definitely asked the right person! According to Courtney:
High intensity circuits are a great way to burn fat and build muscle if you are pushed for time! The key to these workouts is intensity, so you want to be moving from one exercise to the next with little to no rest, to ensure that you are really getting the most from your workout. Try this circuit the next time you hit the gym (you can add weights to make it harder):
2 mins jump rope
20 pushups
20 squats
2 mins jumping jacks
20 tricep dips
20 walking lunges
2 mins shuttle runs
20 ab crunches
20 second plank hold
2 mins jump rope
Rest and repeat 2-3 times
