Exercise more. Get out and get moving to remind yourself why you shouldn’t smoke. Exercise can reduce your stress and help you relax far better than cigarettes.

Go over the counter. Stop-smoking aids like gum, lozenges, and patches really do help ease withdrawal symptoms.

Chew away your cravings. Keeping that mouth of yours busy will keep your mind off of smoking!

Turn to healthy snacks. Your diet can ease the symptoms of quitting and nibbling on low-cal treats will occupy your hands!

Get rid of the triggers. Do you smoke when you drink alcohol or coffee? Identify the things that make you want to smoke and avoid them! Stay in for the first couple weekend nights and catch up on your Netflix queue.

Polish your pearly whites. After you see how much prettier they are without any yellow nicotine stains, you may never want to risk straining those pearly whites again!
