He’s just full of surprises!
Nick Jonas will make his London stage debut in Les Miserables at the Queen’s Theatre for three weeks starting June 21st.
But it’s not a surprise!
He played Gavroche on Broadway when he was just 10-years-old and producer Cameron Mackintosh always hoped he’d return.
“I went up to him at the closing night party in New York and told him he was terrific and hoped that one day he would return to play Marius. We’ve been in touch a lot and, of course, since then he has become this world-famous star,” said Mackintosh.
The Jonai even broke off their concert tour so Nick could do the show!
“He and his father and I agreed that it would be great if he came and played Marius here in London,” Cameron continued. “He has bent over backwards to fit it all into his schedule.”
Can’t wait to hear the reviews!
