Look who’s getting into the Halloween spirit!
Very early on Saturday morning, Prince William and Princess Catherine just celebrated the spooky holiday with something they’ve NEVER done before: a Halloween post on their joint Instagram account! And the star of the show was their youngest son, Prince Louis! We LOVE this!!!

This morning, the Prince and Princess of Wales shared a throwback photo taken by Catherine herself when Louis was just 1 year old. In the adorable snap, the little royal is bending down to pick up an enormous pumpkin. Awww!
The parents of three kept their caption short and sweet, too:
“Happy Halloween!”

Awww!
And aside from the cuteness, here’s the crazy thing: this was actually the FIRST Halloween-themed social media post the couple has ever shared, per People and others. Seriously?! Who knew a pumpkin pic could make royal history??

But while this might be their first official Halloween IG moment, the Wales family is hardly new to the holiday! Back in 2022, a London resident managed to snag a photo of Catherine out trick-or-treating with Louis and his older siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Yep, the future queen really has shown up at someone’s front door with her kids to collect candy!
And in 2019, she was spotted browsing Halloween costumes at a supermarket in Norfolk with George and Charlotte. Just a mom doing some holiday shopping! We love to see it! And now this, too!
What do U think, Perezcious readers?! Should William and Catherine share more family Halloween pics every year? Because we’re definitely here for this potential new royal tradition!
