Pierce Brosnan got into a little altercation with a paparazzo a few months ago.

LA prosecutors recently decided not to press charges against the actor. They determined there was not enough evidence for a case.

However, that isn’t stopping the photog from coming after the movie star!

Robert Rosen is suing Brosnan, PerezHilton.com has learned.

The shutterbug and his lawyer plan to make an announcement later today in Los Angeles.
