Makes sense, but Warner Bros. is snubbing him!
London mayor Boris Johnson made a plea to Warner Bros. to site the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in London rather than in Florida, which they ignored.
Johnson even urged the public to write to Warner Bros. to petition for a second theme park in the city.
He thinks it would be “utterly mad” to leave it to Americans “to make money from a great British invention.” He continues:
├óΓé¼┼ôI appeal to the children of this country and to their Potter-fiend parents to write to Warner Bros and Universal, and perhaps, even, to the great JK [Rowling] herself.”
But Warner Bros. probably won’t be interested because of the hassle it would be to build a theme park in London.
But never say never!
Do U want to see a Harry Potter theme park in London?
