Just add AEG to the list!
Joe Jackson has moved from blaming his wife Katherine Jackson to now accusing AEG Live of being responsible for son Michael Jackson‘s death!
He claims that they neglected to provide the recommended equipment for patient monitoring, precision dosing, and resuscitation equipment that may have prevented his death.
His 169-page complaint to the Medical Board of California alleges that AEG engaged in “unlawful practice of corporate medicine” by hiring Dr. Conrad Murray to “wean” Michael off his alleged dependence on pills by medicating him with Propofol while he was preparing for his This Is It tour.
He also goes on to say that that AEG Live neglected in providing the recommended equipment and a nurse to assist Dr. Murray, which could have helped revive Michael after he stopped breathing.
AEG spokesman Michael Roth declined to comment on the complaint, however before the accusations were made, AEG executives stated that they had never signed a contract with Dr. Murray. According to them, Michael had hired him and he was solely responsible for paying Murray.
Does Joe have a point or is this just another ploy to cash in on Michael’s death??
