While Lindsay‘s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, showed up to court on Wednesday for an issue not related to the wacktress, she blamed the jail sentence on everyone else.

“All we want is for Lindsay to be treated like everyone else and that hasn’t happened so far,” said Holley.
