Charges were dropped against 30 Rock actor, Rip Torn, who was arrested in January after allegedly breaking into a bank (thinking it was his own home) “while drunk and carrying a loaded weapon.”
But only the burglary charges have been dropped. The actor still faces consequences related to his possession of a firearm without a permit, criminal mischief and trespassing charges.
Torn and his lawyer, Thomas Waterfall, believe the charges could be dropped if he undergoes accelerated rehabilitation along with probation.
Looks like one less person to keep Lindsanity company in the slammer!
