Mel B And Hubby Sued For Alleged Fraud

In an alleged partnership between Mel B and BMEDIA, the company gave $500,000 in 2008 to the former Spice Girl to invest in her future business ventures – and they claim she screwed them over!
BMEDIA is suing Mel, her hubby Stephen Belafonte and their business partners for fraud and breach of contract. The company claims that they were reassured about her upcoming concerts and album that would bring in big $$$$$.
She instead signed on for Peep Show in Vegas and her Totally Fit: Mel B exercise video. The company is asking for their initial investment back and the 12.5% cut of profit they were originally promised.
