After Lindsay Lohan tested positive for cocaine and amphetamines, the El Lay Probation Department is recommending that Judge Elden Fox throw the wacktress in jail.
The District Attorney does not plan on making a recommendation when Lindsay appears in court on Friday, but she could serve up to 30 days for each failed drug test.
