Diddy has been sued again for alleged sexual assault — but this time by a former child actor!
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Tuesday, a man, who filed the lawsuit under the name John Doe, claimed that while already working as a child actor, he got invited to a party in the Hollywood Hills in 2007 for a networking event. There, he said he met Diddy. The former child actor alleged the rapper asked to speak in private about career opportunities at one point. However, he didn’t know Diddy allegedly had other disturbing motives to get him alone that night.

In the lawsuit, the man claimed the record producer rubbed on parts of his body and then performed oral sex on him and pleasured himself once they were alone. The then-minor allegedly told Diddy he was uncomfortable before the assault but he continued anyway. When the Coming Home artist finished, the man claimed the Grammy winner said he would keep him in mind for future opportunities and exited the room. The former child actor said he left the party in shock shortly after the alleged incident.
How awful…
The man is now suing Diddy and some agents, who he alleged had a duty to protect him from situations like this one, for unspecified damages years later. But the Making The Band alum’s rep, Juda Engelmayer, slammed the allegations in a statement to TMZ, saying:
“The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”
As you know, Diddy is currently serving a 50-month sentence behind bars after being convicted last year on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution under the Mann Act — which he is in the process of trying to appeal.
